Quality Control

As our clients satisfaction is our upmost importance, we have our quality control auditor who makes frequent scheduled and non-schedule visits.

In order to meet the needs of the individual receiving the care, our quality controller can help with:
• Assessments of the client's functional and cognitive capabilities
• Personal needs for home care services
• Reassessments as needed when client or clients conditions change
• Caregiver training as needed
• Closely monitors the performance of the necessary services
• Home safety evaluations as needed
